Return Window:

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange any Home Furnishing product (including blankets, bed covers, and pillows) purchased from Magicinhome.com.
  • No questions asked! We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, and we want to make the return process as easy as possible.

Conditions for Return or Exchange:

  • All items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are used, damaged, washed, or missing any original packaging.
  • Final sale items, personalized items, and mystery boxes are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Return or Exchange:

  2. Provide Information: In your email or phone call, please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your return/exchange.

  4. Return Shipment: Send the item(s) back to us using the provided return label. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges:

  • We will process the refund in 1 business day, and the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you after receiving the returned item and processing your exchange request.
