Mosquito Net

A pop-up mosquito net is a foldable net with a flexible frame that springs open into a tent-like shape over your bed. You just open it and place it, with no drilling, hooks, or stand needed. It keeps mosquitoes out while you sleep, and it folds flat when you are done.

Hold the net by the frame, and press the top inward while twisting the frame so it folds into smaller loops. Keep twisting until it forms a flat circle, then store it in its pouch. Practice once or twice, and the folding becomes quick and easy. Check the product page for step-by-step instructions.

A pop-up net is better if you want quick setup and easy storage, because it needs no fixing on the ceiling or walls. A hanging net suits permanent bed setups and larger spaces. Pop-up nets are also good for rented homes, travel, and anyone who cannot drill into walls.

Yes. A mosquito net blocks mosquitoes from reaching you while you sleep, which lowers the risk of bites and of mosquito-borne diseases like dengue and malaria. It is not a medical guarantee, so use it with other steps, such as removing standing water. It is also chemical-free, unlike coils or sprays.

Measure your mattress length and width, and pick a net whose base is larger than the mattress so it covers every side. Check the dimensions listed on each product page, then compare them with your bed. A properly sized net leaves no gaps, which is what stops mosquitoes from getting in.

Hand wash the net gently in cold water with mild detergent, without twisting the frame hard. Avoid bleach and machine washing. Dry it in the shade, then fold it and store it in its pouch. Cleaning it every few weeks keeps the mesh clear, fresh, and in good shape.
